Overview

Use this article to determine current ALGV Brand change and cancellation fees for bookings made after 06/01/20.  Dates prior to 6/1/20, view Brand Fees Pre– 6/1/20 Change and Cancellation.

Southwest Vacations

• Does not have brand fees. Supplier fees may apply.

Cancel fees apply for canceling the entire trip or dropping a passenger. Change fees apply for new dates or destinations. Nonrefundable: Funds cannot be used toward a new reservation if changing dates or destination. For reservations 45+ days from departure: Brand Cancel fees can be waived upon rebooking, if the rebooking occurs within 7 days of cancellation for all brands except BeachBound and CheapCaribbean. ENVF penalties will not be waived upon rebooking if the cancellation was within 45 days to departure. If no supplier fees, TPP is considered unused and can be moved to a new reservation within 7 days of the original reservation cancellation. Does not apply to CheapCaribbean and BeachBound. TPP can only be moved to a new reservation if it was due to a change that required a new booking to be created.

TPP can only be moved to a new reservation if it was due to a change that required a new booking to be created For reservation without TPP, eligible airline waivers can be used as long as the air ticket was paid in full, the airline allows it, and all exchange rules are met. Non-Refundable Clarification: When a package is non-refundable, the funds cannot be moved if the customer is calling back to rebook at a later time, regardless if it is within 7 days or not. However, if the customer had scheduled air (bulk or published) it can be exchanged as long as the customer meets all of the exchange and airline requirements. Those exchanged scheduled air funds would be the only funds allowed to be moved over, the remaining funds are forfeited.

Cancellation fees apply to canceling entire vacation, change Outbound Date, reduction in party size, change of one passengers' name for another passenger, name correction to legal name or spelling correction, change in fare type (bulk to pub or vice versa), rebook for lower rate Change fees apply to change in return date, flight times or flight #, origin or destination, change in hotel or feature, change in package type.
